summer in the city

I have been dying to share this session, but this week has been so busy, I haven’t had time to come up for air. But now… behold! The U. family is one of the most fun and laid back families I know. They are always up for ANYTHING and will indulge my every whim. I sure like clients like that. The ages of their children make it easy to do fun and casual lifestyle photography.

We decided to head to downtown Albany for a session with an urban flair. I had so much fun… I don’t think I’ve laughed that much at a session in a long time! I can’t help but post a large showcase of images. They tell such a story, and there is no way I can narrow down my favorites!

This is the one shot I really wanted. I think it really sums like the American lifestyle! Plus, after trekking all around Albany (including the State St. hill… holy moly) we were all in need of a drink!
