short&sweet sessions are shot by our talented associate photographer, Kristen, 30 minutes long and result in 8-10 finished images to choose from. They are held at 3-4 locations per season in the Capital Region… from parks, to lakes and rivers, to orchards, to historical and downtown sites.
short&sweet sessions are a great option for…
- Value-conscious clients who seek simple and stunning portraits of their child(ren) and want the experience and style of an established studio, but who are not ready for a custom session.
- Capturing life’s little milestones and moments… a great image for holiday cards, a newly crawling baby, a 1st grader’s gap toothed grin.
Because of their condensed time frame, these sessions are best for updated shots of the children (although mom and dad are welcome to jump in a shot or two). They are not available for babies under 3 months old. Whenever possible, short&sweet session for existing clients are photographed by Ashley. The product line, while budget friendly, is smaller and does not include fine art prints, custom products or framing. These attributes allow us to offer an affordable option for families whose budgets don’t allow for a full commissioned portrait session.
